Brueckner CNC Services is excited to now offer complete CNC Machining services. Combining our in-house expertise with a top notch network of suppliers, we're eager to help you with your production needs.
This brings our services full circle - We can now offer Offsite CNC programming, onsite CNC turn-keys, and onsite CNC Operator training. If the client prefers to outsource the work, we can machine the parts, and we can have the parts plated or anaodized if needed.
* What we can also offer is an "offsite turn-key", we engineer and prove out the programs offsite, saving downtime at the client's facility. We can then provide the first batch of parts, along with all programs, tooling, and fixtures.

Integrex Matrix to Matrix 2 - Part 2
For Integrex models with the lower turret option (ST), tool data "auto set" feature is reversed compared to the mark IV. There are now two MSR units, one for the lower turret which is on the right end of the machine, and one for the upper, on the left end.
Lower turret tools 101 thru 109 are set with tool setter, then 1 thru 9 are "autoset". This is the opposite of the Mark IV Matrix, which has only one MSR unit.
